Size against the real load
Electrical and mechanical capacity should be sized against the actual operating profile, including simultaneity and any planned expansion, rather than a generic allowance.
Routing and access
Services routing should be coordinated with the structure so that maintenance access is practical and future modifications do not require dismantling other systems.
Documentation at handover
As-built documentation, testing records and clear labelling make a significant difference to how the facility team operates and maintains the systems.
